Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 15, 2026 Rali LLC ("Rali," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Rali mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, the choices you have, and how to contact us. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. 1. Who this policy applies to This Policy applies to anyone who uses the App, including: - Fans (users who explore venues, save favorites, and use fan features), and - Venue / business users (including users who apply to list a venue or operate a venue profile after approval). 2. Information we collect 2.1 Information you provide directly When you create or use an account, or use certain features, we may collect: Account and profile - Authentication identifiers and account information needed to operate your account (for example, account IDs managed by our authentication provider). - Name (first and last, or full name, depending on what you provide or what a sign-in provider shares). - Email address. - Phone number. - Date of birth (used for age eligibility and account security features, as described below). - Nationality and gender (if you provide them during account setup). - Account type / role selections (for example, whether you use the App primarily as a fan or you are applying to operate a venue/business experience in the App). - Fan preferences such as favorite sports and teams (if you provide them). Venue applications and venue profiles (business / venue path) If you apply to operate a venue or maintain a venue profile in the App, we may collect: - Business / venue name - Business address and related location information you provide - Business phone number - Venue category - Social handles or links you choose to provide (for example, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) - Venue details you choose to provide (for example, TV count, capacity, features, amenities, parking, cover charge policy and amounts) - Venue photos you upload (including images processed in-app for display) - Hosted game / listing-related content you choose to publish in the App (for example, what you are hosting or promoting on your venue profile) Support and communications - Information you send when you contact us (for example, support emails), including your contact details and the contents of your message. 2.2 Social sign-in (Sign in with Apple / Google) You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google. When you do, Apple or Google may share limited information with us (commonly including identifiers, and sometimes name and email address, depending on your choices with the provider). That information is also subject to the provider's own privacy notices and settings. 2.3 Information collected automatically Depending on how you use the App, we may collect: - Device and app information such as device type, operating system version, and app version (used to operate the App, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security). - In-app activity and interaction information associated with your account where applicable (for example, favorites, poll interactions, profile-related interactions, sharing actions, and similar product usage signals used to operate features and understand how the App is used). - Diagnostics and reliability information such as error messages or technical logs generated in the course of providing the App. 2.4 Location information We request when-in-use location permission to support features such as showing nearby venues on a map. We do not use background location tracking for the purposes described in this Policy. Depending on how a feature works, location-derived information may be stored with your account (for example, to support venue listings and map-related functionality). Where it is stored with your account, we treat it as associated with your account. You can disable location access in your device settings. If you do, certain map and nearby-venue features may not work as intended. 2.5 Information from third-party sources (non-user data) We may obtain sports schedules, game/event information, and related broadcast-style information from third-party sources to power certain in-app displays (for example, upcoming games or schedules). Much of this information is not personal information by itself. However, third-party providers may still process technical data in the ordinary course of providing web/API services (for example, IP addresses or standard server logs) under their own policies. 2.6 Information from mapping and device platform services Some features rely on Apple platform services (for example, mapping and location services). Those services are provided by Apple subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies. 3. How we use information We use information for purposes including: - Providing and operating the App, including authentication, account management, and delivering features you request - Security and fraud prevention, including protecting accounts and investigating suspicious activity - Password reset and account recovery, including verifying your identity using information you previously provided (for example, matching email address and date of birth) and using service-side verification tools we operate with our service providers - Personalizing in-app experiences where applicable (for example, preferences and favorites) - Supporting venue/business features, including reviewing applications, operating venue profiles, hosted games, and in-app analytics tied to venue usage where applicable - Communicating with you about support requests and important service-related notices - Improving reliability and performance (for example, diagnosing errors and understanding feature usage) - Complying with law and responding to lawful requests We do not use your information to run third-party advertising in the App, and we do not sell your personal information (see Section 6). 4. Business verification and venue applications Venue/business access is subject to manual review by Rali. We do not use automated verification systems (including Google Business profile auto-verification) to approve venue accounts. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We may request additional information as part of review. 5. Legal bases (where applicable) If privacy laws in your jurisdiction require a "legal basis" for processing, we generally rely on one or more of the following, depending on the activity: - Performance of a contract (providing the App and features you request) - Legitimate interests (for example, securing accounts, preventing abuse, improving reliability, and understanding aggregated usage), balanced against your rights - Consent, where required (for example, where you opt in to optional permissions or communications, if offered) - Legal obligations (where applicable) 6. How we share information (including "sale" and advertising) We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the App, such as providers for: - cloud hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, and related infrastructure - server-side functions used for account security and account management (for example, account deletion and identity verification workflows) - analytics and diagnostics associated with operating the App We require service providers to use information only as needed to provide services to us. We do not: - sell your personal information - share your personal information with third-party advertising networks for their independent advertising purposes - use advertising SDKs inside the App to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising - operate affiliate marketing programs or referral incentive programs inside the App as described here We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the safety, rights, or security of users, venues, or Rali. 7. Data retention We retain personal information for as long as needed to: - provide the App and features you use - maintain security and integrity - comply with legal obligations - resolve disputes and enforce our terms When retention is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify information where reasonably possible. 8. Security We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information consistent with industry practices. 9. Your choices and rights Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Regardless, we offer the following baseline choices: - Account deletion: You may request deletion of your account through the App where available, subject to certain legal exceptions. - Profile updates: You may update certain profile information in the App where available. - Location: You may disable location permissions in your device settings (which may limit map/nearby features). - Contact us: You may contact us for privacy-related requests using the contact information below. 9.1 California residents (summary) If California privacy laws apply to you, you may have additional rights (such as rights to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and rights regarding certain sensitive information uses). We do not sell personal information as defined by California law. To submit a request, contact us at info@joinrali.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights required by law. 10. Children The App is intended for users 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete where appropriate. 11. International users and transfers Rali is currently intended for users in the United States. If you access the App from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States (and potentially other locations where our service providers operate). 12. External links and third-party sites The App may link to external websites or services (for example, forms, legal pages, or partner pages hosted outside the App). Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms, and Rali is not responsible for their practices. 13. Changes to this policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised policy. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an update may be subject to the updated policy as permitted by law. 14.
