By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. 1) Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. 2) Accounts You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. 3) Account Types Rali supports: - Fan accounts - Venue/business accounts Venue/business applications are subject to manual approval by Rali. 4) Business Application and Approval Submitting a business application does not guarantee approval. Rali may approve, reject, or request additional information at its discretion. 5) App Purpose Rali helps users discover venues showing sports and allows approved businesses to manage venue-related information in-app. Rali does not guarantee: - Venue availability - Broadcast accuracy at all times - Specific customer traffic or outcomes for business accounts Rali relies on information provided by venues and does not independently verify all broadcast listings in real time. 6) Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Break laws - Attempt unauthorized access to systems/accounts - Interfere with app performance or security - Submit false, misleading, harmful, or abusive content - Use bots/scrapers/automated abuse against the app 7) Venue/Listing Responsibility Business users are responsible for the accuracy of venue details, hosted games, and related profile content they publish in the app. 8) User Content If you submit content (including profile info, venue details, photos, preferences), you grant Rali a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content for app operation. You represent that you have rights to content you submit. Rali reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms or may harm users, businesses, or the platform. 9) Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy. 10) Location Services The App uses when-in-use location permission to support nearby venue discovery. If you disable location permission, some features may not function fully. 11) Intellectual Property The App, including its software, branding, UI, and original content, is owned by Rali or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law. 12) Disclaimers The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rali disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 13) Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rali is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. 14) Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Rali harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. 15) Suspension and Termination Rali may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform safety/security, or involve fraudulent behavior. You may stop using the App at any time and can delete your account through in-app settings. 16) Third-Party Services The App may rely on third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting, authentication, maps, and analytics providers. Rali is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services outside our control. 17) Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms. 18) Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
